When we ship our packages to you there are no further updates from the shipping company due to the fact that your package is in transit. Once it has reached the next sort facility it will update.

Yes! We accept returns within 30 days of the order date. Items must be unworn with original packaging.
US Orders: Send your jewelry back within 30 days of ordering. The shipping cost for the return will be the buyer responsablility

– Avoid sleeping in jewelry to prevent unnecessary wear and tear.
– If your jewelry is looking dull, you can polish it right up with a polishing cloth!
– To clean them, wash with lukewarm water and unscented soap.
We do not recommend it. We recommend removing your gold plated pieces prior to bathing or going swimming in order to protect the plating and vitality of your jewelry.
